30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • With all original tags and labels attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are opened, used, worn, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund or any refund at all.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If an item is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  4. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or the original shipping address without first receiving authorization and instructions from us.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies and processing times. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item and wish to exchange it, please contact us directly at [email protected].

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right promptly.
